We use task analysis and other user-centered methods to ensure that the application user interface is simple, effective and comfortable to work with.

• Online marketing – The Internet differs from other marketing channels in the respect that the targeted group themselves tend to seek out the specific services of their interest – as opposed to being exposed to unsolicited information or offers. The possibility of entering into a dialogue or receiving a direct response is high (if you reach the the targeted audience).
